New providers often ask us the source from which our products are derived and the way in which we qualify donors prior to continuing with the natural biologic process. Glow By Tatum exosome products are donated from consenting mothers at the time of delivery and are safely cultivated to meet the highest quality assurance standards.

Our umbilical cord donors are carefully selected healthy women who are thoroughly screened for any communicable diseases. A medical and social history report is collected and reviewed by Platinum Biologics Medical Director to ensure that the mother meets all of our strict eligibility criteria.

Tissues are collected by licensed professionals after full term live c-section births.

There is a 48 hour window to process the fresh tissue.

Under a meticulously crafted manufacturing process, tissues are thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated to ensure they are free from pathogens.

Long term preservation of product is ensured by a slow rate freezing process and stored at -80°C.

Each tissue is uniquely identified by lot. Samples from each lot are then sent to a third party testing facility where it undergoes quarantine until the testing has been completed.

When testing is complete and the lot passes meets our rigorous internal release criteria, it moves from the quarantine stage and becomes eligible for sale.

Professional frozen products are shipped overnight on dry ice and other products are shipped according to their unique criteria.
